Devansh Sharma is a first-generation entrepreneur, author, researcher, and social impact-driven innovator committed to building meaningful solutions for society. Coming from a lineage rooted in service and responsibility, his journey has been shaped by personal loss, resilience, and a strong sense of purpose. After losing his father at a young age, Devansh learned early the value of care, dignity, and dependable support systems values that later became the foundation of his work.
Recognized as a Child Scientist during his school years, Devansh has consistently demonstrated an inclination towards innovation and problem solving. He is a published author and researcher, with work focused on governance, national security, and social systems. Alongside his academic pursuits, he has actively contributed to social welfare initiatives, including educating underprivileged children through the Helping Brother initiative.
As the Founder of Elder Care On Demand, Devansh is building a technology-enabled eldercare platform aimed at providing reliable, ethical, and dignified support to senior citizens living independently. Driven by the belief that elder care is essential social infrastructure, he envisions creating a trusted ecosystem that empowers seniors while giving families peace of mind. His leadership reflects a balance of compassion, discipline, and long-term vision for India.

Rajeev Roshan is the Co-Founder and Chief operating officer of Eldercare On-Demand LLP, a mission-driven platform created to support senior citizens who live independently or without immediate family support. Rajeev and his best friend devansh conceptualized this idea after witnessing how many elders struggle with daily tasks when their children are away for work, living in other cities, or residing abroad. His deep empathy and inability to see elders facing difficulties inspired him to build a service that provides dependable help through a simple phone call.
Early Life & Inspiration
At just 21 years old, Rajeev brings a remarkable level of maturity shaped by personal challenges and family struggles he experienced while growing up. These early hardships taught him the value of responsibility, compassion, and independence. From a young age, Rajeev dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, and today he is turning that dream into reality as the co-founder of a meaningful and impactful startup dedicated to improving the lives of senior citizens.
Education
Rajeev completed his BAJMC (2022–2025) from Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, India, where he built strong skills in communication, media strategies, and public relations. His education plays a key role in shaping Eldercare On-Demand’s communication style, service quality, and approach to user trust.
