Rajeev Roshan is the Co-Founder of Eldercare On-Demand LLP, a mission-driven platform created to support senior citizens who live independently or without immediate family support. Rajeev and his best friend  devansh conceptualized this idea after witnessing how many elders struggle with daily tasks when their children are away for work, living in other cities, or residing abroad. His deep empathy and inability to see elders facing difficulties inspired him to build a service that provides dependable help through a simple phone call.

Early Life & Inspiration

At just 21 years old, Rajeev brings a remarkable level of maturity shaped by personal challenges and family struggles he experienced while growing up. These early hardships taught him the value of responsibility, compassion, and independence. From a young age, Rajeev dreamed of becoming an entrepreneur, and today he is turning that dream into reality as the co-founder of a meaningful and impactful startup dedicated to improving the lives of senior citizens.

Education

Rajeev completed his BAJMC (2022–2025) from Babu Banarasi Das University, Lucknow, India, where he built strong skills in communication, media strategies, and public relations. His education plays a key role in shaping Eldercare On-Demand’s communication style, service quality, and approach to user trust.
